Berkeley Beutler represented Wind River well at the State Science Fair!

A small group of junior and senior theater students had the opportunity to visit Casper College's theater department last Friday! The day included joining college classes in the department, dorm tours, and burgers and shakes to end the night. The trip helped students imagine transitioning into life after high school, and even offered scholarship opportunities. Thank you Casper College for a great day!

Mrs. Remacle's middle school students have been working on a marketing campaign to use information that they read and researched about stress. Students created flyers, posters, presentations, and social media posts to reach as many students, parents and community members as possible.
Trey and Louie from the 7th grade share with you their social media project slide deck!

The Wind River wrestlers competed at the state wrestling tournament this weekend in Casper. The Girls competed in an all-class wrestling tournament with 45 teams, and our team finished in 15th place. The Boys wrestled in the 2A state tournament and ended the season in 10th place out of 20 teams. We had some great individual results and saw great growth from the team.

Lily Hill: Third Place at 115
Landon Rhyne: STATE CHAMPION AT 126

Wind River High School Wrestling Seniors surprised their beloved staff members at school by giving their "singlet" to someone that has made a significant impact in their lives. We have an amazing faculty at Wind River and our seniors want to honor them in order to thank them for the impact that they have made on their lives. It's never about "I" at Wind River, it's about "WE!"

Fish Update! Our guests are now entering the fry stage, so they are swimming around. We have started feeding them and will release them into our tank this week...no more egg basket.
Pictured below are some of the daily observers our fish get.
On a side note, we now have a name for our fish (all of the fish will have one name!). Our students voted and GEORGE was the winner, with SUSHI coming in a very close second! By the way, if you want to meet George, feel free to come by the art room any time!
