Fun things are happening in 4th Grade!
Fourth grade has started incorporating "Book Club" into our daily instruction. Students work together in groups to read a text and practice grade level reading and comprehension skills they learn as a class. 4th grade started putting this to extra practice with a "March Book Madness" competition! Each group has chose a book that they are excited to read. When students complete their book they will then have to create a 3 minute movie trailer for their book. Each book will move to the next round based on votes casted by the 3rd and 5th grade students. Ms. Griebel and Mrs. Cuttlers are very excited for this new learning experience.
What book do you want to win?

A small group of junior and senior theater students had the opportunity to visit Casper College's theater department last Friday! The day included joining college classes in the department, dorm tours, and burgers and shakes to end the night. The trip helped students imagine transitioning into life after high school, and even offered scholarship opportunities. Thank you Casper College for a great day!

Mrs. Remacle's middle school students have been working on a marketing campaign to use information that they read and researched about stress. Students created flyers, posters, presentations, and social media posts to reach as many students, parents and community members as possible.
Trey and Louie from the 7th grade share with you their social media project slide deck!

The Wind River wrestlers competed at the state wrestling tournament this weekend in Casper. The Girls competed in an all-class wrestling tournament with 45 teams, and our team finished in 15th place. The Boys wrestled in the 2A state tournament and ended the season in 10th place out of 20 teams. We had some great individual results and saw great growth from the team.
Molly Bornhoft: State Runner-Up at 105
Lily Hill: Third Place at 115
Landon Rhyne: STATE CHAMPION AT 126
