Ford David finished the 2025 Lobo Baseball season strong on the mound. Saving the Lobos with a 2-run lead in the last inning with the bases loaded, he struck out the opposing team, Chey-Town Ballers, for a win of 8-6. He also had an 11-run strikeout streak against Pinedale, placing the Lobos second in the Regional Tournament. The state didn't have the outcome the Lobos wanted, but it was all smiles for Ford.

Joseph showed the Place Family dairy cow on Tuesday, July 29th at the Fremont County Fair and won big! This was his first time showing his cow in the dairy show. He won ribbons and a wonderful belt buckle for Champion youth in the junior class, he also won Grand Champion for junior showman, and Grand champion for the youth livestock show out of all the participants. He also won the prestigious award and first place ribbon for Supreme Dairy Cow where he will get a banner with a picture, get to do an interview with County 10 and more. What an accomplishment for this incoming 4th grader at Wind River Elementary.
