Volleyball Highlight of the Week is for the whole team. Coaches have been pushing all athletes to self-reflect, work together, team build, and strengthen mindsets. Coach Remacle and Coach Griebel want to recognize the team growth that is happening every day, and they are proud of the work they are putting in. Everyone agreed that it's never a bad day when you get to end practice with a volleyball massage. You can catch the Lady Cougars in Thermopolis on Friday and Saturday for the Bobcat Invitational!

Volleyball Highlight this week goes to the varsity captains! Cylie is a senior, who is committed to the progression of her team and herself. She strives on being better each day and leads by example. Gracie is a junior, whose knowledge of the game serves her team well. She knows every position and where every player is supposed to be in every rotation. Together, they are a dynamite duo! Come watch these two with their Lady Cougars this week! They play in Rocky Mountain on Friday with games starting at 4:00 p.m., and Saturday at home against Thermopolis with games starting at 11:00 a.m. Go Cougars!

This weekend our Varsity and JV1 team traveled to Star Valley for a tournament that involved playing bigger schools and facing some amazing competition. This week's volleyball highlight goes to Varsity player, Karina Fredrick and JV player, Ashlynne Olson. Coach Remacle and Coach Griebel wanted to recognize these two athletes for their outstanding serving performance throughout the tournament. Karina provided consistency and accuracy with her spot serving, running up points for the varsity team and Ashlynne had several runs with her fast, strong serve for the JV team. Catch the Lady Cougars for their first home matches on Friday against Shoshoni at 5:00 pm and Saturday against Greybull at 11:00 am. Help us fill the gym and support our athletes! Go Cougars!
