The Wind River Robotics Team is based on the Robotics and Computer Integration class. This is a course that focuses on areas of technology, physics, and engineering. This class and team will develop interpersonal skills while you develop the ability to work with others when working on assigned projects and getting ready for competitions. This course will focus on the following areas of Robotics – design, project planning, troubleshooting, CAD Programs, Solidworks, Robotics Design Modules, 3D printing, teamwork/interpersonal skills, and engineering processes.
State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Megan Degenfelder visited Wind River to take a look at innovative programs available in the district. Ms. Degenfelder visited with Robotics students in the middle and high school to learn more about the program.
