Out-of-District Form 

• – If your student resides in another Fremont County school district, this form must be filled out and signed by the superintendent of that district prior to your student being accepted for enrollment in FCSD6. 

• –This form must be filled out each year for out-of-district students, but does not require a signature from the resident district superintendent in subsequent years

• –All Out of District Students must be approved by the Board of Trustees prior to enrollment.
