Open Enrollment Period for WEBT
November 1 through November 30, 2025
If you are already enrolled, you do NOT need to do anything
During this time, any eligible employee(s) and/or their eligible dependent(s) that did not enroll during their initial eligibility period may enroll. All new enrollee coverage will be effective January 1, 2026. Please note: this period is exclusive to new enrollment and does not allow current enrollees to change deductible options.
All new enrollee applications must be completed and signed during the open enrollment period, November 1 through November 30, 2025. This application can be found on Frontline: WEBT (Medical/Dental/Vision/LTD/Life) Enrollment/Change Form.
Please note: Any application signed after November 30, 2024 will be considered late and coverage will not be established.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires that participants in group health plans be provided with a "Summary of Benefits and Coverage" SBC. Attached is a copy of the $1500 deductible and $3500 HDHP SBC(s). SBCs are also available online at www.YourWyoBlue.com.
