Request for Records Form

Out-of-District Form 

•  If a student resides in another Fremont County school district, this form must be completed and signed by the superintendent of the resident district prior to the student being accepted for enrollment in FCSD6. 

• The beginning portion of this form must be completed each year for out-of-district students. This does not require a signature from the resident district superintendent in subsequent years

• All Out of District Students must be approved by the Board of Trustees each school year prior to enrollment.

• A new student registration must also be completed. Please see the link below.

New Student Registration

• Students who have never attended Fremont County School District 6.

• Students who did not attend FCSD6 last year.

Existing Student Registration

• Students who are returning to FCSD6 from the current school year.

• Students who are returning from last year must complete a yearly registration.

  • The next school year registration window opening will be announced on our social media (Facebook, Instagram and school website) when available.
