AWARD WINNING AUTHOR TO VISIT WIND RIVER ELEMENTARY STUDENTS
Award Winning Children's book Author, Casey Day Rislov will be at Wind River Elementary on Thursday to visit with K-5 students.
Rislov is on tour for her latest book, Rowdy Randy.
The Wind River Middle School/High School Student Center offers the opportunity for students to study new technologies, learn culturally diverse techniques as well as collaborate on musical projects.
The State of Wyoming recently adopted computer science requirements for all K-12 students. Wind River Elementary School has embraced this change by allowing students to participate in Learning.com activities during their weekly library times. Students can participate in keyboarding activities as well as online safety, computational thinking and coding.
